Theatre by the Lake
Theatre by the Lake is a year-round professional producing and presenting theatre which provides a service through the performing arts to communities of, and visitors to, Cumbria. The core programme is home-produced professional drama productions, including a six month Summer Season of six plays in repertoire, a major Christmas production and at least one other production in the Spring of each year.
Keswick Music Society
Keswick Music Society promotes classical music concerts. As well as eight concerts by professional musicians, the Society promotes one concert each season given by local young musicians as part of its aim to foster an interest in music at an early age.
Keswick Film Festival
Keswick’s annual film festival which showcases around 30 of the best of international film, guests directors and actors at the 100 year old Alhambra Cinema, Theatre by the Lake and Rheged. The Festival includes the Osprey Short Film Awards, which show short films from local filmmakers.
Keswick Jazz Festival
The four-day festival in Keswick brings together many of the world’s finest exponents of mainstream and traditional jazz. The programme sees over 100 jazz events hosted by a dozen different venues, all covered by the festival’s pass.
Keswick Mountain Festival

The Keswick Mountain Festival attracts thousands of visitors to Keswick for a wide range of sporting and outdoor events, live music and legendary speakers.
Keswick Beer Festival
Keswick Rugby Club
Over 250 barrels of beer, lager and cider will be available to sample, with live bands providing the entertainment. The Keswick Beer Festival is always a sell-out, so be sure to book early.

Keswick Convention Centre
The annual Convention has been taking place since 1875. The great attraction of the Keswick Convention is that the programme not only offers superb Bible teaching from a team of acclaimed international speakers – but also gives you the flexibility to enjoy time off with family and friends to explore the beautiful Lakes and the bustling market town of Keswick itself.
