Please note: all Covid-19 policies are based on current UK government guidelines and are being constantly reviewed based on the latest advice. With that in mind, some of the information you receive at the time of booking may be out of date by the time you stay at the hotel. We’re Good To Go
“We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
For cancellations due to Coronavirus related issues, you will have the option of a refund or transfer of dates. If the cancellation is due to non Coronavirus related issues our normal terms and conditions apply. It is recommended that you have valid travel insurance in place.
If we have to cancel your stay with us we will contact you to see what you would like to do. You would be refunded if applicable or you could transfer your date.
Paying final balance
Guests pay their balance on check out directly with us. If you receive an email saying you need to pay the balance now, please ignore it as this email is sent out automatically and does not apply to our guests.
At present there is a 14 day self isolation quarantine in place when arriving into the UK. This would make it unlikely that overseas visitors would be able to travel in the normal way so you must check the latest guidelines. This is subject to change.
Check in: We will be starting a contactless check in where guests will collect the keys and let themselves in. Guests can check in from 2 pm until 9 pm.
Breakfast: Breakfast times will be staggered so we can maintain social distancing. There will be no buffet available.
Keeping you safe: Hand sanitiser dispensers will be located at the entrance and in the dining room and guests must use these on entering the premises. We will not be cleaning occupied rooms on a daily basis but will still provide refreshment refilling, linen changes and rubbish removal. For check out rooms we will be following strict cleaning guidelines to ensure the room is safe and clean for your arrival. In this respect we have removed unnecessary items from the room including hairdryers, tissues and radio clocks. We would appreciate it if guests can put all rubbish in the bins provided and tie up.
We request guests to follow the government guidelines on social distancing and hand sanitising.
